Hello all. I know, I know, I’ve been terrible about updating the site. However, you may have noticed that we are now running on WordPress 3.01 for our backend.

Originally when I started this site, I intended it to be the blog portion of something bigger and went with Joomla as the CMS because I intended on having a membership area. Due to unforeseen circumstances and partially because of my own laziness, the site never took off. That led to even less and less updates and me all but abandoning the site. I do plan on updating here more, though, so stay tuned! If we experience any hiccups, please bear with us as I’m also going to be moving the site to a new webhost. Thanks for being patient with me!

On a completely unrelated note, today is Halloween, so I hope you all have a very happy, healthy, and safe holiday. Don’t eat too much candy (but definitely spoil yourself a little bit at least), and I’ll see you next time.

Because they are gold mines just waiting to be exploited. The research has already been done for them. All that's left for them to do is take it over and reap the rewards.

It's almost like it's real-life counterpart in real estate. A developer comes in, builds a quick cookie cutter house, then turns around and sells it for a quick buck. The new owner just has to put the key in the front door and that's it.

I'm going to take a break from marketing to reflect on how the world has been changed 8 years ago today. I’ve been doing a lot of reading lately about Private Label Rights (PLR) content. I used to think that it was only for lazy people who didn’t want to do their own writing. But as I learn more, I’ve come up with lots of great ways I can use PLR in my own business.

If you don’t know what I’m talking about, PLR is content that you get from the original author along with their permission to use it as your own. So you can get a great report, put your name on it and have your own product to sell or give away!
